So you've decided that it's time for your first (or next) tattoo... and since nobody wants a tattoo that sucks, you are doing the best thing you can do for yourself right now - and that is research!! There must be nearly a hundred tattoo shops, studios, parlors (whatever you like to call 'em) in the Central Florida area, but there are only a select few worth getting tattooed at.
When on your search for your next piece of skin art, be sure to ask around for feedback on reputable studios. Be sure to check out the shop and be personally satisfied with the cleanliness and attitude of the establishment and it's staff. Be sure to check out the potential artists' portfolios so you know what it is that you are getting yourself into. And most importantly, don't get tattooed in a situation that you are uncomfortable in -- we see so often that people have made mistakes that their "gut feeling" could have helped them avoid.
And as always, the "hookup" may not be such a great direction to go -- remember that "good tattoos ain't cheap and cheap tattoos ain't good!"
